Mum’s just come back from Asda and told me that they’ve boarded up the fags so you can’t see the prices or any packets or anything. She asked the woman working there why they’ve done that and apparently it’s because they’re not allowed to advertise them anymore. How fucking stupid. I’ll be so pissed off if this happens in every shop because it’s just ridiculous. A non smoker would not go into a shop and say “oooh look those packets of fags with SMOKING KILLS on them look tempting, I’ll have to buy a packet.”
It just makes smokers not aware of prices. How pointless and annoying.
